Who we are
The New York State Association for Solid Waste Management
(NYSASWM) is an active group representing solid waste professionals
across the state.
Currently,
the President of NYSASWM is Cindy G. Livingston, from the Fulton
County Department of Solid Waste. Serving as Vice President
is Fank Visser, P.E., of the Oswego County Department of Solid
Waste. In addition, the Board of Directors is composed of ten

and a Treasurer.
The association is strictly volunteer and organized as a 501(c)(6)
